Donegal Craft Village

Donegal Craft Village is a collection of independent studios set around a landscaped courtyard just outside Donegal Town. Visitors can meet artists and craftspeople at work, browse locally produced pieces and discover a wide range of contemporary Irish craft. The studios and shops may include pottery, jewellery, textiles, painting, printmaking and other handmade work, with the mix of makers changing over time. It is an enjoyable place to find a meaningful gift or souvenir created in Donegal, rather than something mass-produced. Most of the browsing takes place inside the individual studios, although visitors move outdoors around the courtyard. The village also has a café, picnic space and free parking. Its location makes it easy to combine with Donegal Castle, Donegal Town or a trip towards Lough Eske.
